Same-Day Assessment & Staffing Available

Because you care about getting yourself or your loved one help right away, HomeWell assigns each client a dedicated Care Manager to give you an in-home consultation the very same day you call. This 30-minute visit is free and there is never any obligation. At the end of your consultation, if you decide to move forward, your Care Manager will initiate a comprehensive needs assessment designed to give you the best service at the lowest cost.

Your HomeWell Personal Care Assistant can begin providing excellent care right away.


Individualized Care Plans

HomeWell works with each client to create an individualized care plan that pays attention to the things that are important to you. Your dedicated HomeWell Care Manager will take the time to get to know you to ensure that you are getting the help you want and need without any costly extras or inflexible packages.

Your HomeWell Personal Assistant completes your individual care plan checklist and conducts brief satisfaction surveys at the start and end of every shift to make sure that we consistently meet your care needs. HomeWell's staff are here to help because you care — and so do we.

(Life Enhancing Hobbies, Activities and Adventure Program)

Eliminate boredom and frustration while increasing joy,
connection, and new experiences. Our exclusive Life Enhancing Hobbies, Activities and Adventures Program™ — is included as part of your care plan. HomeWell has a LEHAAP™ activity to improve your quality of life, regardless of your limitations.

LEHAAP Success Story: With help from his Personal Assistant, a 101 year old HomeWell Senior Care client requiring care played bingo for the first time, loved it and wanted to try other activities from our long list of hobbies, activities and adventures.

 

Value Service Plan

Because you care about receiving the best service at the
lowest overall cost, HomeWell includes our Value Service Plan with every needs assessment. This exclusive cost savings tool considers your unique service and scheduling needs to uncover ways to reduce cost without sacrificing quality. HomeWell partners with each client to create a schedule that fits any combination of budget and needs. HomeWell is dedicated to providing the absolute best care at the absolute best value.

 

Daily Satisfaction Survey

Every HomeWell Personal Assistant asks three important questions at the beginning and near the end of every shift that ensure quality care and service every time. Conducting the before and end-of-shift questions allows your HomeWell Personal Assistant time to address any last-minute requests. Should you or your loved one ever have a request or concern, your Personal Assistant or dedicated HomeWell Care Manager is available to help.

 

Daily Care Checklist

At the end of each visit, your HomeWell Personal Assistant completes a daily detailed checklist that covers every aspect of your personalized HomeWell care plan. This checklist is filled out, signed, and kept on file at your local HomeWell office to ensure that we address all of your needs every time. Should you ever need to make a change to your HomeWell care plan, your dedicated Care Manager is happy to assist you and to update the daily checklists. True excellence lies in the many little details that transform ordinary care into HomeWell care.

 

Safety and Security

As an industry leader, HomeWell deeply understands your concern for the safety and security of your loved ones. We never hire anyone we would not welcome into our own homes. Each HomeWell employee undergoes comprehensive pre-employment screening that goes beyond the standard interviews and references. We conduct nationwide background, criminal, immigration status, and identity checks — along with competency testing to ensure trustworthiness. Because you care, HomeWell also conducts extensive customer service training and safety trainings for all our employees.

 

BeyondCare™ Concierge Service

HomeWell is pleased to offer the BeyondCare™ Concierge service which is available to our clients and their immediate families. We work with local businesses to arrange the services you need at a significant discount. From acupuncture services to household maintenance services to zipper repair. All service providers must submit letters of recommendations from satisfied clients and have a positive rating with the Better Business Bureau™ before becoming eligible to be called a BeyondCare™ Concierge partner.
